Visa Requirements for Tourists and Business Travelers


Please send the following:

1. A valid passport.
2. 1 Visa Application.
3. 2 passport photos, color and 2" x 2". 
4. Copy of Bank Statement or proof of prepaid trip.
5. For tourists applicants, copy of itinerary or airline tickets.
6. For business applicants, a business letter on your company's letterhead.
7. Completed UPV Order Form.

Processing fees per person:

Consulate Fees:
Multiple Entry (90 Day) / $100 7-9 day processing
Multiple Entry (90 Day) / $120 3-4 day processing

Our Fees:
Non-Rush / $85 for 7-9 day processing
Rush / $135 for 3-4 day processing

Shipping / Fed-Ex Return Fees:
Return Rates $30
Saturday Delivery $35

Please Note:

1. Non-U.S. passport holders must send a copy of your green card or valid U.S. visa with valid I-94 card.
2. Fees and processing times for non-U.S. passport holders may vary from the published fees above.
3. Please include a Universal Passports & Visas order form to ensure proper handling of your visa request.
4. Consular fees subject to change without notice.
