Visa Requirements for Tourists and Business Travelers


Please send the following:

1. A valid passport.
2. 1 Visa Application (application must be double sided).
3. 1 passport photo, color and 2" x 2" (applicant must not show any facial expressions in photo, shoulders must be square and face in the middle of photo).
4. Russian Authorization Form.
5. For tourist applicants, Intourist Voucher from Russian Hotel or Invitation from Family via Foreign Ministry.
6. For tourists applicants, copy of itinerary or airline tickets.
7. For business applicants, a business letter on your company's letterhead.
8. For business applicants, Invitation Letter approved by Foreign Ministry.
9. Completed UPV Order Form.

Consulate Fees:
Single Entry / $140 4-20 day processing
Multiple Entry / $150 4-20 day processing
Single Entry / $250 Rush 3 day processing
Multiple Entry / $450 Rush 3 day processing

Our Fees:
Non-Rush / $50 for 4-20 day processing
Rush / $100 for 3 day processing

Shipping / Fed-Ex Return Fees:
Return Rates $30
Saturday Delivery $35

Please Note:

1. Visas are date specific based upon invitation.
 2. Non-U.S. passport holders must send a copy of your green card or valid U.S. visa with valid I-94 card.
 3. Fees and processing times for non-U.S. passport holders may vary from the published fees above.
4. Please include a Universal Passports & Visas order form to ensure proper handling of your visa request.
5. Consular fees subject to change without notice.
