Visa Requirements for Tourists and Business Travelers


Please send the following:

1. A valid passport.
2. Completed Online Application.
3. 1 passport photo, color and 2" x 2". 
4. Itinerary/Hotel Confirmation or Personal Letter of Invite from Family.
5. Bank Statement.
6. For business applicants, a business letter on your company's letterhead.
7. For business applicants, a Letter of Invitation.
8. Completed UPV Order Form.

Processing fees per person:

Consulate Fees:
Online Application Requires Prepaid Google Checkout Payment (print receipt to accompany application) plus additional Consulate Fee of $20 for non-Rush and $90 for Rush.

Our Fees:
Non-Rush / $85 for 7-10 day processing
Rush / $135 for 2-3 day processing

Shipping / Fed-Ex Return Fees:
Return Rates $30
Saturday Delivery $35

Please Note:

1. Non-U.S. passport holders must send a copy of your green card or valid U.S. visa with valid I-94 card.
2. Fees and processing times for non-U.S. passport holders may vary from the published fees above.
3. Please include a Universal Passports & Visas order form to ensure proper handling of your visa request.
4. Consular fees subject to change without notice.
