Visa Requirements for Tourists and Business Travelers
Please send the following:
1. A valid passport.
2. 1 Application.
3. 1 passport photo, color and 2" x 2".
4. For tourist applicants, Copy of Bank Statement.
5. For tourists applicants, copy of itinerary or airline tickets.
6. For business applicants, a business letter on your company's letterhead.
7. For business applicants, Letter of Invitation.
8. Completed UPV Order Form.
