Please send the following:

	A valid passport.
	1 Visa Application.
	1 passport photo, color and 2" x 2".
	For tourists applicants, copy of itinerary or airline tickets.
	For business applicants, a business letter on your company's letterhead.
	For business applicants, an official invitation is needed for Multiple Entries.
	Completed Universal Passports & Visas Order Form.

Consulate Fees:

Single Entry for 1 month / $70 for 7-8 day processing ($90 for 3-4 day rush)
Single Entry for 3 months / $90 for 7-8 day processing ($120 for 3-4 day rush)
Single Entry for 6 months / $240 for 7-8 day processing (no rush available for 6 month visas)

Multiple Entry for 1 month / $120 for 7-8 day processing ($140 for 3-4 day rush)
Multiple Entry for 3 months / $150 for 7-8 day processing ($180 for 3-4 day rush)
Multiple Entry for 6 months / $260 for 7-8 day processing (no rush available for 6 month visas)

Our Fees:

Non-Rush / $85 for 7-8 day processing
Rush / $135 for 3-4 day processing

Shipping / FedEx Return Fees:

Monday–Friday:
Business $25 / Residential $30
Saturday: $40

	Non-U.S. passport holders must send a copy of your green card or valid U.S. visa with valid I-94 card.
	Fees and processing times for non-U.S. passport holders may vary from the published fees above.
	Please include a Universal Passports & Visas order form to ensure proper handling of your visa request.
