1 completed online Russia Visa Application, filled out online and then printed.

1 passport photo, color and 2" x 2" (applicant must not show any facial expressions in photo, shoulders must be square and face in the middle of photo).

For tourist applicants, Intourist Voucher from Russian Hotel or Invitation from Family via Foreign Ministry. |

For tourists applicants, copy of itinerary or airline tickets. |
